REPLY FROM JOANNE:  I did not mess up your order in Sept, the post office sent it back to me because they somehow mangled the stamp, it took 3 weeks to get returned to me for the return to sender. and I sent it  back out the day after I received and after calling you to let you know what happened.  I have no control over a shipment once its in the hands of the Post Office.
